Tanycyte like cells

I think it is reasonable to add the following subclasses of ependymal cell:

• tanycyte-like cell of subfornical organ
• tanycyte-like cell of vascular organ of lamina terminalis
• tanycyte-like cell of area postrema
• tancyte-like cell of subcommissural organ

We could potentially add mouse markers for these from the single cell data.

It looks like we have all except one of these structures in Uberon

The missing one (perhaps we just need a synonym?) is in BTO

Alternatively, we could broaden the definition of tanycyte in CL to cover these. This would be consistent with the structure of the WMB taxonomy

322 is mapped to Tanycyte. CLusters under it include those mapped to type 1 and type 2 tanycytes as well as to the various cell types described as tanycyte-like in the text.
