Outlook Calendar - Add ability to respond to event with custom message

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create an agent with Outlook Calendar bundle.
2. Chat with the agent and respond to a meeting request with some message like Accept "Test Meeting Invite" with message "Sure ..this time works for me"

Email that gets sent out does not have the message . Calendar entry reflects the right state.

"Respond to Event" tool call is not getting called with the message

Expected Behavior:

Email should be sent out with the message - Sure ..this time works for me in this case.
