Implement a CD pipeline to deploy the project into a Raspberry Pi

DoD:

  • Configure a local Github Action runner
  • Setup pipeline to deploy into Raspberry Pi environment (just into pull request and master stages)
  • Update README.md to explain these steps

Raspberry Pi (Raspbian) not supported into self-hosted Gitub Actions runners:

actions/python-versions#230

To deploy into Ubuntu and deploy into Raspberry Pi server through SSH
