More fun commands

We need to have more commands which are more fun and intended as jokes. Some commands can include:

• Marriage (m/marry @user)
• Hit (m/punch @user)
• Slap (m/slap @user)
• Kiss (m/kiss @user)
• Hug (m/hug @user)
  each of these will send a gif too

Along with this we could have marriages carry over inside of a database, and only be server specific.

We can have games such as

• Coinflip
• Snail races
  and more that we think of later on, which will be added in comments

then the 4 snails race, whichever number reaches the end first wins!
