No support for URLFWD in octodns-constellix #61

Hello!

I'd like to confirm if octodns somehow supports redirects for Contellix? I saw there is URLFWD record type implementation for NS1 but I'm missing simillar capability for Constellix which itself supports redirects:

octoDNS core supports URLFWD records and some providers have implemented it, e.g. https://github.com/octodns/octodns-ns1/blob/de8828cd0769445b2c659aa9fc22bf49a67a66ec/octodns_ns1/__init__.py#L323.

I don't have access to constellix to look into implementing it. PRs are welcome.
