We are experiencing an issue where all the walls and furniture in our scene are being created and placed at the same position (0,0,0) when we play through the Unity Editor's play button. This issue is causing an error message to appear stating that the player is outside the room or that the walls are intersecting.
It appears that the anchors are not working in the editor. We are using Unity version 2020.3.18f on device Meta Quest 2, version 47.

Sorry you are running into this, we'll try and reproduce this on our end. Are there any other suspicious messages or warnings in Unity's console during startup when you press play?
