[TRIFLES] Turn off fast walking for mobs/villagers

Hi, I was looking through the config and I didn't see a way to turn off fast walking for different entities. Might not be possible to turn on and off specific mobs but would be nice as our villagers like to run away when we go to trade.

Just disabled the fast walking and switched to PurpurExtras fast walking.
Found out that disabling this and doing /vane reload doesn't actually disable it, had to restart the server.
Disliking vane more and more every day.

Glad you found something else that works for you. For everyone else, #228 will include proper configuration for mobs, villagers and players thanks to Ford :)
