Cannot add cohort for unknown server #171

When testing 2.10 in the coco environment on k8s, I selected cocoMDS5 and navigated through the details.

When I try to expand Server Configuration -> Configured Cohorts -> cocoCohort I see the following error
Cannot add cohort for unknown server cocoMDS5

Clearly cocomds5 is known....
