Add emissions to facades

In cases where Emissions are not only accounted but also used in component/processes e.g. carbon-capture-utilisation (ccu), further output flows need to be added to the components.

This needs to be implemented in a way that its optional.

In case emission-buses incl conversion rates are passed, they need to be added to the output of the facades.
