[Bug]: Primary weapon secondary/GL magazine either not saved or loaded from arsenal

Describe the bug

the secondary magazine, used commonly by underbarrel grenade launchers and shotguns, does not get it's magazine when you load your loadout from the arsenal

How to reproduce

Save a loadout with a primary weapon with a loaded underbarrel grenade launcher or shotgun.
Load the loadout.
Observe the GL being unloaded.
