Connection refused !

I am trying to connect to compiler explorer plugin but this error pops up:
Exception reading from http://localhost:10240: Connect to localhost:10240 [localhost/127.0.0.1] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)
What can I do to fix it? What are the causes of this error ?

Hmm, this must be some local trouble on your machine. A firewall, perhaps?

I am using Solus linux Fortitude 4. I am not using any firewall

The same issue.

$ lsb_release -a
