fisher update issue #17

installing the plugin with fisher works perfectly, however when I do fisher update, I get the following error:

. ~/.config/fish/conf.d/cd.fish
functions: Function 'cd' already exists. Cannot create copy '__plugin_cd'

~/.config/fish/conf.d/cd.fish (line 8):
functions -c __plugin_cd cd

from sourcing file ~/.config/fish/conf.d/cd.fish
