Conditionally approving it, you can take rest of them as a separate PR

move the state and related dropdowns to 1:2 format rather than leaving right of gender column empty
Modify Backend to store and support the following: alt phone number, qualification, doctor experience, medical council registration number.
wireup permission for admin to edit other users details
