Describe the bug

  • Users can upload images with any ratio to their profile, but the system does not enforce or guide the required 1:1 ratio.
  • When users try to upload a perfect 1:1 photo, an error about pixel requirements is displayed, which is not mentioned in the frontend and results in confusion.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.ohc.network/users/
  2. upload the attached photos
  3. See error

Image

Expected behavior

  • When users upload a photo from their phone, provide an option to crop the image to a 1:1 ratio. Alternatively, restrict the capture area to a 1:1 ratio so users can meet the specified condition.
  • If there is a pixel limitation, clearly mention it in the frontend. Display a proper error message or allow users to upload any image as long as it adheres to the 1:1 ratio.

Do discuss your approach in the channel or EOD call before proceeding
