Users can upload images with any ratio to their profile, but the system does not enforce or guide the required 1:1 ratio.
When users try to upload a perfect 1:1 photo, an error about pixel requirements is displayed, which is not mentioned in the frontend and results in confusion.
When users upload a photo from their phone, provide an option to crop the image to a 1:1 ratio. Alternatively, restrict the capture area to a 1:1 ratio so users can meet the specified condition.
If there is a pixel limitation, clearly mention it in the frontend. Display a proper error message or allow users to upload any image as long as it adheres to the 1:1 ratio.
