Update the script that pulls historical data that pre-populates the data repo data (file) to also pull all past github discussions.

@rithviknishad Here the motive of pre-populate is that if there are no discussions or no GitHub event data present in the data-repo, then we only need to fetch historical data. Additionally, another suggestion is that the organization setting up the Leaderboard can enter a date up to which they need the data. This can happen during the initial setup or when the user prefers to clear out old data and fetch new data.
