Versions

Hi,

I am somewhat confused by RiboseQC versions. There is a release with version 1.1 (also a branch called like that), but the master branch contains version 0.99.0. What are differences between them, which one should be preferred? Generally, I would expect the higher & published version is better, but it seems that some errors repaired in master are not repaired in v1.1 (at least #5).

Also what are differences between this @ohlerlab's RiboseQC and @lcalviell's Ribo-seQC? Here in README you link lcalviell/Ribo-seQC instead of this ohlerlab/RiboseQC for installation, however this repository has more recent commits.
