It seems that the selection of alumni by year is based on a field in the backend that allows only single years as content. However, people are at the institute for periods of different lengths. With the current set-up, which date within that period should we select? The beginning, the end? In addition, we have people that had multiple stints at the institute, some of them in different roles? This should be recorded.
If I was looking for someone who was there in 2017, I would not necessarily know that this person joined the OIB in 2014 and that s/he is listed for 2014.

Dear @GeorgeBatrouni, correct. Now that I think about it again, the option to add multiple years instead of a single range would be better. We have quite a few people who repeatedly joined the institute for multi-year periods.
