Currently users can download all data from GODI as JSON or CSV (See https://index.okfn.org/download/)

Currently users must 'pull apart' values in individual columns in order to run easy operations such as comparing how many datasets have open licences. This is not ideal if users want to have an easy overview of our results in tabular form.

Ideally the output file has a tabular structure where each individual column represents each survey question, and each record within the column represents each individual answer provided in the survey. Multiple choice questions should have separated columns whereby each column header contains question name + a number (e.g. data characteristic 1).
