Which nanorc. of nano.rc does nano for windows use?

I want to improve keybindngs to match nano better ( especially alt \ and alt / ) - but I can't find which config file nano is using...

The two I have found include these binding, but nano says the keystokes are unbound... I put duff data in both and nano didn't complain, so I am guessing it isn't using either of them.

Anyone know where it looks for its config?
