Why loop register_sidebar()?

What is the point of looping the register_sidebar() in a foreach()? It is only one sidebar and only one footer. And if more was to be added the would all get the same ID.

Also, why the <strong> tag in the title? Should that be set by styling <h6> with css?

Thanks for your input. You have a good point. There is no point in looping the register_sidebar() as long as the theme only supports two widget areas. The <strong> tag was originally included for SEO purposes. But as it also leaves a visual impression, I have also removed this. 2a58b72
