Top Bar CSS differs on newly installed FoundationPress....

I just installed FoundationPress and am comparing the Kitchen Sink page template in my local install to the one here: https://foundationpress.olefredrik.com/kitchen-sink

I noticed the CSS for the top bar is different. The menu items are visually middle-aligned on the demo version, but are pushed to the bottom of the top bar on my local install.

I'm relatively new to GitHub and FoundationPress. How do I make sure that I have the most current stable version of FoundationPress in my local install?
