A processor named 'T4Toolbox.Xsd Processor' could not be found for the directive named 'xsd'. The transformation will not be run. #45

I have installed the latest T4Toolbox for VS2015 in order to fix an issue of generating updated classes, and the error from title appears.

I have wrote down all compiled details in the following Stack Overflow thread.
