Running specs from Docker even they pass sign is always cross/fail

Not sure it this is the bug, but when I run minimal example with Docker setup like in the docs, neotest always shows me that the tests are failing. What I'm missing?

Is the adapter working without Docker?

You'll need to provide some config for people to be able to help. Nothing has changed with the plugin in recent times.

Yes it works. I tried with these settings:

Here are steps to reproduce:

docker run -e RAILS_ENV=test -itd --name foo -v ./:/app ruby:3.2.2
docker exec -it -w /app foo bash
gem install bundler rails
rails new . --name Foo
echo "gem 'rspec-rails'" >> Gemfile
bundle && rails g rspec:install

Run following spec inside minimal nvim setup

cat > spec/foo_spec.rb << EOF
require 'rails_helper'
describe 'Foo' do
  it { expect(1).to eq(1) }
end
EOF
