[washing machine] Bad retrieval of pause information

Describe the bug
The wrong information about the pause being on is being downloaded.
Where it is "unknown" the pause is off.
Where it is "unavailable" the pause is on or the washing machine is off

Expected behavior
Proper information about pause.
