Requesting a new release with latest upstream VSCodeVim.

I could use the change in VSCodeVim#8718, first released in VSCodeVim v1.28.0. Thanks!

Just a heads up that langmap will be supported by VSCodeVim in the next release (VSCodeVim#8541), which may make forks like these unnecessary

Oh wow thanks for the info, yeah I guess that will be the end of this fork 🥲

If I find time I'll try to update it one last time, maybe tomorrow or Friday evening.
