Support Dealer's Room Functionality

Many cons have a dealer's room: on some schedule, dealers submit requests for one or more tables in the dealer's room, and are vetted/approved by a con com member. We want to be able to show the final list of dealers on the website and mobile app.

Some of the information we need:

• how should the dealer's table be listed? (Under the con-goers badge name, or a company name?)
• address and phone number for the dealer
• a website for the dealer
• additional details / notes (including special requirements)
• number of tables (including "I want to share a table")
