With the addition of the tools table (👏🏽), there is a need to have a single place where users can find all the (growing) material in the NGFF space:

Tool list: https://ome.github.io/ome-ngff-tools
Sample data: List sources of sample data #140
Training material
Public repositories that are supported (Zenodo, etc.)
Other tables/lists: codecs, metadata specs, etc.
Where to edit each of these (e.g. https://github.com/ome/ngff)
