Google can't index the produced archive because it contains robots metadata with value noindex:

     <META NAME="robots" CONTENT="noindex,follow">

Actually index pages like index.html have noindex but also follow, and individual message pages are indexable, so everything might already be OK.

After several days, the "Coverage" data in the Google Search Console for the archive is empty, so maybe we do need to remove noindex.
