Add full IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps 3.2 #40

At the moment, we include Infrastructure Automation from the AIOps 3.2 Cloud Pak.

There is a requirement to include Event Manager and AI Manager as a deployable option.

Feasibility will need to be done to see if an Operator install option is available for each of these products.
