FUSD setup info leads to dead doc link

Problem

When attempting to fund FUSD to an account that doesn't have the appropriate Vault, the user is served with a notice that they first need to enable the token.

However, the guidance linked leads to a dead doc page.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new testnet account then attempt to fund the account with FUSD. See the served notice and attempt to click on the guidance linked.

Acceptance Criteria

Ideally, correct the link or remove it if there is no replacement.

It feels best to remove FUSD from the faucet.
Because it has been deprecated on the mainnet.
