start onivim as daemon #3863

It would be really cool to have a daemon and client setup for onivim (just like in emacs --daemon and emacsclient)

The advantage of this feautre is it nullifies startuptime , giving space for having more large plugins eat startuptime

If it is possible please implement it i will be very grateful to you
