Notes

We finalized the new guidance for proposing and submitting a new operator, and everyone signed off on the new proposal.
We reviewed 3 PRs togethers with the lens of the new guidline.
Discuss the list of operator contributors to review PRs.
Agreed not to move existing operator to a new domain, however, training and data preprocessing operators will be added to a new domain.

Action items

ebarsoum - turn the operator proposal to markup file and submit it to ONNX.
ebarsoum - aggregate the list of proposed contributors and share it with the community.
ebarsoum - check Alibaba auto generated ONNX operator tests.
