The Issue

The "Bioportal" name is hard coded in the email and is not confiugrable

Requirements

• Have a configuration variable to save the name of the UI (e.g Bioportal, Agrportal, ...)
• Use the configuration variable in all the notification

• Create the variable and name it "ui_name" ( can be found here https://github.com/ontoportal-lirmm/ontologies_linked_data/blob/pl/refacotor-notification/lib/ontologies_linked_data/config/config.rb#L38)

Configuration

• update configuration of the testportal API to add ui_name config.ui_name= "Testportal"
• update configuration of the stageportal API to add ui_name config.ui_name= "Stageportal"
• update configuration of the bioportal API to add ui_name config.ui_name= "Bioportal"
• update configuration of the agroportal API to add ui_name config.ui_name= "Agroportal"
