Make it more obvious that it's possible to disable the testing of specific website categories #1932

During the OONI Partner Training 2021, participants mentioned that they would like to have the ability to disable the testing of specific website categories (e.g. PORN). This option is already available (via the OONI Probe app settings), but it wasn't clear to participants and they had a hard time finding these settings.

This highlights that we need to make UX improvements in order to make it more clear and obvious that this feature is supported.

Participants mentioned that we could perhaps add a pop-up that appears after the user taps "Run", and before the user starts testing websites.
