During the OONI Partner Training, participants mentioned that it would be useful if they had the ability to select the Citizen Lab test list that they want to test, and to be able to test the test lists of other countries as well.

This would be useful, for example, to check whether country-specific websites are blocked in a neighboring/rival country.

Perhaps we could add a new feature that enables users to select the test list(s) that they want to test (when they don't do default testing)?

I know that this feature would also support a number of research cases (past OTF fellows would have benefited from this).
