Allow user to rotate images online

Images sometimes get unintentionally rotated due to EXIF or scanner configuration. It would be nice to be able to rotate images on the fly. imagemagick allows this - so it seems to be an UI issue.

Well, it's more than a UI issue, since there needs to be a controller receiving the order to make the change via ImageMagick, but it's definitely doable. It currently has a low priority:
owncloud/gallery#236

but anybody can work on or sponsor the development of the feature.
