问题描述

multi-subs的资源选择好字幕轨暂停后会重置为默认字幕轨1

复现步骤

在观看《关于地球的运动》ep06时，nyaa.si的多字幕资源 Orb On the Movements of the Earth S01E06 Move The World 1080p NF WEB-DL AAC2.0 H 264-VARYG (Chi.: Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite, Multi-Subs) 在选用简体中文字幕(Simplified - [Chinese])后，暂停视频，字幕会自动切换为列表第一个字幕轨（Track 1 - [English])
