new test (or a code snippet in the README file) saving animation frames in svg, based on PySDM-examples/Arabas_et_al_2015/gui.ipynb
GA workflow logic for creating animation .gif based on the .svg frame files, and uploading to the "latest-generated-plots" release (as in PyMPDATA-MPI)
README pointing to the auto-generated .gif file (i.e. just change the URL)
