inaccurate ordinance date

I wanted to remind myself of when Pawar's TIF ordinance passed, so i searched for it: http://chicagocouncilmatic.org/search/?q=pawar+tif

The search result summary says it passed on April 10th, which I is incorrect - this is when it was intro'd. When you click on the link and see the full description, it correctly displays the intro date at 4/10 and the pass date as 7/24.
