Better page titles for better sharing

The detail page for a specific Alderman (http://chicagocouncilmatic.org/member/98) has page title of "Chicago Councilmatic" rather than "Chicago Councilmatic: [Alderman name]" or the like.

Also, would be good to prepare more specific excerpts/ summaries for Facebook et al (see screenshot as well-- the text is not as coherent/ descriptive as it could be).

Having said that, the Alderman thumbnail is great.
