Style guide: add guidance on authoring field titles #280

There is currently no guidance on authoring the titles of schema fields.

Suggest adding the following (as discussed in open-contracting/standard#850)

A title should:

Only capitalize the first word of the title.

Not include the top-level sub-schema name it is a part of
