Manage 'cluster_name' transition

As part of the latest Common Services version, the 'cluster name' which is used for authentication through IAM will likely be hardcoded to mycluster.

While making changes to IAM auth integration for multi-org/multi-tenancy, this will also need to be modified for the 'default' org usage, which currently requires the 'org' name to match to 'cluster name'.
