Pigeon Point Systems Copyright Notice

Pigeon Point Systems was purchased by Pentair in 2015. 159 of the source code files contain a Pigeon Point Systems copyright notice. We would like to change copyright notice to reflect the original Pigeon Point Systems copyright date and a subsequent Pentair copyright. Our legal department has not decided on the format of the Pentair copyright notice, so this change can wait until after V3.7.0 is released.
