Unable to retrieve none of the sensors information after interconnect removal and insertion

Enclosure Configuration:
OA at Bay 1 is connected to interconnect in bay 8 and interconnect is connected top of the rack switch.
OA at bay 2 is connected to interconnect in bay 7 and this interconnect is connected top of the rack switch.

Steps to recreate:

1. Remove any one interconnect from bay 7 and 8.
2. Run Openhpid and get hpisensor out into a file.
3. Insert already removed interconnect and remove existing interconnect.
4. wait for 5 to 10 min and take hpisensor output in to a file.
5. Now compare the two hpisnor logs.
   After all the above steps you can see the issue in hpisensor taken in 4th step will have no sensor readings.
