Cannot add bias attribute in https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmcv/blob/master/mmcv/ops/deform_conv.py#L237, Because the judgment condition of xx_init initialization logic is:

if hasattr(module, 'bias') and module.bias is not None:

if module.bias=False, the above code will report an error:

AttributeError: 'bool' object has no attribute 'fill_'

and please fix docstring https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmcv/blob/master/mmcv/ops/deform_conv.py#L203
