Description

there are no receiver metrics emitted by the collector for datapoints received via statsd.

Steps to Reproduce

have the statsdreceiver configured in some pipeline and send metrics to it.

Expected Result

the metric otelcol_receiver_accepted_metric_points_total{receiver="statsd"} returns some values

Actual Result

there is no otelcol_receiver_accepted_metric_points_total{receiver="statsd"} metric
