[Receiver/postgresql] Exclusive locks are not visible.

What happened?

Description

getDatabaseLocks() does not display exclusive locks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect otel to postgresql
2. Enable the optional metric postgresql.database.locks
3. Login to postgresql and create an exclusive lock - BEGIN; LOCK TableName;
4. If you run SELECT * FROM pg_locks; you can see an exclusive lock.
5. But the query here does not show exclusive locks.

Expected Result

See lock mode of ExclusiveLock.

Actual Result

We can only see AccessShareLock.
