[cmd/mdatagen] Add support for config map providers #10900

I'm thinking this could be a good first issue, expanding the support in mdatagen looks fairly straightforward. @dmitryax would you agree? If someone else doesn't pick this up I probably could in the coming week. |

To fully support the component types currently in
contrib
repository I believe mdatagen needs to be extended to support confmap providers. The currently schema does not support them instatus.class
