Backend for analysis of CICD events

We want to analyze OpenTelemetry CICD events to derive relevant metrics (eg. DORA metrics).
What backend could be used for analyzing CICD events?

Could Apache DevLake be used for this role?
It already has a very nice data model for supporting multiple different tools:

It currently works more by scraping the APIs of other tools to get its data, but it does have a webhook.
