Random values for flow/packet/ipv4 and flow/packet/tcp

This is a request for the ability to randomize the source / destination udp / tcp ports for the packet flows. We have at least two "featureprofiles" tests requiring this.

@octpetre providing random values can be subjective as there are various methods of doing this. Would it not be better for test writers to provide utility functions that generate random values according to an algorithm chosen by them i.e., repeatable random, non repeatable random etc? Those client side generated values can be assigned to the values choice.
